We provide personalized support to help individuals with Autism/AuDHD/ADHD achieve goals and manage challenges to help them thrive in a neurotypical world. Our focus is on your strengths as well as your individual needs. We offer tailored, individual strategies, seek to promote self-acceptance, build self-advocacy skills, and we create individualized plans for success in areas such as executive functioning, social skills, career/job skills, relationships, and independent living.
Our life coaching program is designed and implemented by 20 year Autism/AuDHD/ADHD expert Crystal Wissinger. Through patience, understanding, and compassion, we work with your teen/adult to help them find their favorite version of themselves. From navigating the complex social scheme of friendships and relationships to learning time management, career skills, and sharpening executive functioning skills; we can support your teen/adult by helping them find a compassionate understanding of themselves, their values, & the world around them.
